Each individual body is unique, and understanding our individual cycle is crucial for nurturing our physical and mental health. And when it comes to optimizing our training in the gym, knowing the inner workings of our infradian rhythm (our hormonal cyclical nature) is VITAL if we want to remain consistent in our training, and actually see and feel progress.
